First, clean your internet cache: If you are using IE browser go to tools-internet options- and delete your cookies and you temporary internet files.
 
Enable your cookies by following these steps in your Internet Explorer:
 
 1. Go in the tools menu
 2. Select Internet options...
 3. Select the "privacy" tab
 4. Move the slider down until it reads, "Accept all Cookies"
 5. Click on “Apply" button
 6. Click "OK" button
