I have a user name and a password and still can’t log in, what’s going on?

Check that you are typing both your user name and password exactly as shown on your log in validation email, our system is case sensitive so make sure your caps lock button isn’t on.

Remember that if you have recently signed up or made changes to the Email information in your profile you will need to validate your profile again, check your Email address inbox and search if you have received any emails from us.
